We have several client groups who choose a Blended Unit Payout Arrangement in an effort to achieve a face sheet neutral scenario. This provides an equitable compensation system by pooling the collection of all professional fees and distributing this revenue based on production units as a blended dollar per unit conversion factor. We can administer the collection, reporting and payout to each individual member, or we can electronically deposit money into your corporate account and provide a selected individual from your group with detailed reporting for you to administer the payout.

You choose which types of cases are to be put into the pool, (i.e. OB, cardiac, general OR, pain management, etc.) or we can work with you to set up different pools or carve outs.
