In Capitation Arrangements we monitor the utilization against the capitation money received and equate this to a per unit reimbursement. Using this mechanism we are aware of an over utilization trend. Upon request we can provide you with a report showing the total charges, total units billed and compare this against the capitation payment to show the total per unit reimbursement.
